Wet Nose Happy Dragon Dog

I let my nose drip on purpose sometimes ...like i dont wipe it away. to be funny when hanging out with buddies joking around and stuff they say hey your nose is dripping. I say wet nose happy dog and laugh. That reminds me of this piece that i created like somewhere in 1998ish.
