Oil Pastel Drawing On Paper. I created it with my Oil Pastels at the library here in California. The paper is the size of 24 inches tall and 18 inches wide. This took about 6 hours to create and was quite enjoyable to create. But still was hard work. Because oil pastel the way this is done takes alot of arm work to press the oil pastel onto the paper.
